What is Novusoft Pro?
Novusoft Pro is the complete system from Epos Infinity for takeaways and restaurants: a counter EPOS and tablet till, your own online ordering website and branded apps, a self-service kiosk, QR table ordering, a kitchen display and the Novusoft Manager app, all sharing one menu, one set of customers and one set of reports.
Do you charge commission on online orders?
No. Orders from your own website and apps are commission-free, and card payments are paid to your own merchant account.
Do I have to take everything?
No. Start with what you need, such as online ordering on its own or the EPOS on its own, and add products later. Everything connects when you do.
Does it work with Deliveroo and Uber Eats?
Yes. Deliveroo and Uber Eats orders come straight into Novusoft Pro and print with your other orders, so there's no separate tablet to watch and no re-keying.
Who installs it and trains my staff?
We do. Installation, menu set-up and staff training are included, and our UK support team is there when you need us.
Can I move from my current system?
Yes. We can import your menu (even from a PDF) and your customer list, and run alongside your old system while your team gets used to the new one.
