No. Your online ordering is commission-free: the customer pays you, and card payments go to your own merchant account.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. The ordering site runs on your domain (or a new one we help you register), with your logo and colours.
How do online orders reach the kitchen?
They appear on your Novusoft Pro till with an alert and print automatically to your receipt and kitchen printers.
Can I change my menu and prices myself?
Yes, from the web dashboard or the Novusoft Manager app, including switching items off when they sell out. Changes are live straight away.
